Purchasing a cowboy hat online comes with the risk that the hat may not fit exactly as expected because you are unable to try it on before purchasing.

Customers are strongly encouraged to confirm their correct hat size before placing an online order.

By completing your purchase, you accept responsibility for selecting the correct size.

2. Final Sale Policy

All felt and straw hats are final sale.

Felt and straw hats are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit, whether the hat is shaped or unshaped.

Customers are responsible for confirming the correct size, color, style, and other product details before completing their purchase.

3. Hat Shaping & Customization

Once a hat has been shaped, steamed, cut, or otherwise customized, it remains a final sale item.

Each customized hat is shaped specifically according to the customer's requested preferences.

4. Shipping & Carrier Responsibility

Rio West Outfitters carefully packages all orders before they are transferred to the shipping carrier.

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Rio West Outfitters is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misplaced, or damaged while in transit or after delivery.

The shipping carrier, including UPS, USPS, FedEx, or any other carrier used for the order, is responsible for the shipment once it is in their possession.

Customers are responsible for filing any claims regarding lost, stolen, or damaged packages directly with the applicable shipping carrier.

Rio West Outfitters is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that cannot be located by the customer.
